Production Employee

As Production Employee, you will work on the production in Dedemsvaart and at the same time be trained as a Band Inspector. During a practical training of 6 to 9 months, you will develop yourself into a specialist in quality and food safety, just during working hours and with a salary. As a Production Employee, you ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the applicable quality standards. At the same time, you follow an internal training program that will lead you to the role of Band Inspector.

You will be involved in:

• Performing tasks within the production of chicken products.

• Supporting a safe and efficient production process.

• Working in a 2-shift system and collaborating with colleagues in different departments.

• Following an internal training program focusing on quality control and food safety.

• Developing knowledge about quality standards, process controls, and product assessment.

After successfully completing the training:

• You will check products for quality and specifications.

• You will identify and report deviations in the process.

• You will intervene when quality or food safety is at risk.

• You will actively contribute to ensuring food safety and product quality.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• MBO level of education.

• Interest in quality, food safety, and production processes.

• The motivation to follow an internal training program and advance in your career.

• Good command of Dutch, English, or Polish.

• A precise work method and attention to detail.

• Experience as a production employee, operator, or band inspector is a plus but not required. Beginners are also welcome.
